These Terms & Conditions govern use of Catering Grow ("the platform", "we", "us") by a registered business ("vendor", "you"). By registering for or using Catering Grow, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account, including staff accounts you create and the permissions you grant them.
Catering Grow is offered on subscription plans billed on a recurring basis through our payment partner, Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Plan features and usage limits are described on the plan you select and may change with notice. A failed payment may result in your account being restricted until payment succeeds or you select a different plan.
Everything you collect from your own customers through Catering Grow (leads, quotations, invoices, messages) is yours to manage. You're responsible for how you communicate with your customers, for the accuracy of what you send them (quotations, invoices, WhatsApp messages), and for complying with any laws that apply to your own business and how you handle your customers' information.
You agree not to use Catering Grow to send unsolicited spam, to impersonate another business, to attempt to access another vendor's data, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
We aim to keep Catering Grow available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change over time as the platform is improved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, violation of these terms, or misuse of the platform.
Catering Grow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between you and your own customers.
