Catering Grow ("we", "us", "our") is a software platform catering businesses ("vendors") use to run their operations — leads, quotations, invoices, bookings, suppliers, staff, and a branded website and mobile app. This policy explains what we collect from vendors who sign up for Catering Grow, and how we handle the data vendors collect from their own customers through the platform.

Information We Collect From Vendors

When a business registers for Catering Grow or uses the platform, we collect:

• Business name, owner name, phone number, and email address
• Business address and other profile details entered in Settings
• Staff accounts created under the business (name, email, role, permissions)
• Subscription and billing details — plan selected, payment status, and transaction records processed through our payment partner, Razorpay (we do not store your card or bank details ourselves)
• Usage data needed to operate the service (e.g. how many leads, quotations, or invoices an account has created, to enforce plan limits)

Information Vendors Collect From Their Own Customers

Vendors use Catering Grow to collect information from their own end customers — through their branded menu-card page, lead/quote forms, or Facebook/Instagram lead ads connected to their account (name, phone, email, event details). This data belongs to the vendor, not to us. Catering Grow stores and processes it on the vendor's behalf, as a data processor, so the vendor can respond to and manage their own customer inquiries. We do not use a vendor's customer data for our own marketing, and we do not sell it to third parties.

How We Use Information

• To create and operate a vendor's account, and provide the features included in their subscription plan
• To process subscription payments and communicate about billing (via Razorpay)
• To provide customer support and respond to help requests
• To send service-related notifications (e.g. plan limits, renewal reminders, product updates)
• To maintain and improve the platform's reliability and security

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on our servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel who need it to operate and support the platform. Each vendor's data is logically separated from every other vendor's. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Cookies & Analytics

Our marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymized usage data.

Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay to process subscription payments, and Meta's (Facebook/Instagram) and WhatsApp platforms where a vendor chooses to connect them to their own account. Use of those third-party services is also governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain account and business data for as long as a vendor's account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. A vendor may request deletion of their account and data by contacting us, subject to records we're required to keep by law.

Your Rights

Vendors can ask what data we hold about their account, request a correction, or request deletion, by contacting us using the details below. Requests relating to a vendor's own end customers should be directed to that vendor directly, since Catering Grow processes that data on the vendor's behalf.
