This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for Catering Grow. It does not cover the catering services a vendor themselves provides to their own customers — that's between the vendor and their customer, and each vendor should publish their own cancellation/refund terms for their catering services separately.
You can cancel your Catering Grow subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the default free plan (if one is configured) or is restricted until you resubscribe.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are generally non-refundable for the remainder of a period once charged, except where required by law or at our discretion (e.g. a billing error on our part). If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll review it.
If a subscription payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. An account with a payment that continues to fail may be restricted until the balance is resolved or you switch to a different plan. If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend the account associated with that payment while the dispute is investigated.
You can switch plans at any time. Switching cancels your current plan's billing and starts the new plan's billing cycle immediately — we don't currently prorate the unused portion of a plan you switch away from mid-cycle.
Cancelling your subscription doesn't delete your data immediately — your leads, quotations, invoices, and settings remain associated with your account so you can resubscribe without losing your history, subject to our general data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
